Kendall Jenner is known for being the biggest supermodel in the world, and she relies on a quick home workout routine to keep looking her best.
Like many of us, Kendall – who has recently been accused of ruining an AC/DC classic – finds it difficult to make time to exercise and has sworn by doing short workouts which she does whenever she has a few minutes to spare.
She said: “Sometimes when I’m watching TV, I think to myself, ‘I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now,’ then I get off the couch and do it.”
Kendall, who worried fans with her “botched” face recently, said: “My abs are my favorite thing to work out. I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs. The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That’s how I know I’m doing the exercises right!”
Her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson has shared that finding an exercise schedule that fits your life is the key to fitness.

Gunnar said: “Find a training schedule that fits into your life. I train every day, but I have clients who train two times a week, clients that train three times a week and some that train four, five or six times a week. It’s about what works for you.
“I’m a big fan of doing something for my mind and something for my body every day, that way I feel like I’m always getting better.”
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Gunnar shared that he believes that exercising helps make someone feel better as long as they do a little when they can.
He said: “The obvious answer is that you feel better, but you’re also more resistant to diseases, illnesses and injuries if you train regularly.
“That’s not something you realize at the time, but when you look back over five, 10, 20-plus years you notice, ‘I’m never injured and I’m rarely sick’ or ‘I feel pretty good all the time’.
“Your quality of sleep is also improved when you exercise, and your mentality improves, which can benefit you at work because you make less errors and often you’re more patient as a person. Overall, exercise offers you a better lifestyle and better quality of life.”

Kendall has also shared that she believes the key to fitness is also having a varied diet, and she enjoys eating some junk food just like the rest of us.
On the photo-sharing app WineNDine, Kendall shared pictures of herself eating margarita pizzas, mango ice cream, an egg and cheese toastie, and spaghetti bolognese.
However, the supermodel has stated that she has a strict workout routine that allows her to eat whatever she wants, and her sessions with Gunnar four times a week have helped her achieve the body she wants.
In an interview with Vogue, Kendall said: “I do whatever he tells me to do. Some cardio, some muscle-building to tone myself up. I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill; I [also] do a lot of ab work and planking.”
One of Kendall’s biggest secrets is to make sure she rests her body after a long day of working out and spending time of the fashion runway.
In an interview with E! News, Kendall said: “My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.’
